Subscription, trial and invoices
How the free trial, payments, yearly discount and cancelling work.
Everything about your subscription lives under Subscription in the dashboard: your current plan, usage, payment history and the plans.
The trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. When you pick a plan you verify your payment method with a one-off €0.01 charge (iDEAL or credit card, via Mollie). After the trial your subscription continues automatically — nothing else to do. Cancelling during the trial is free; nothing gets charged.
Monthly or yearly
Every plan comes per month and per year. Paying yearly you pay 10 months for 12 in one go — two months free. Switching plans is always possible; the new plan starts immediately and your old subscription stops automatically.
Invoices and payment history
Under Payment history you see all your payments; the Invoice button opens the payment record of each transaction.
Cancelling
Cancelling is one button at the bottom of the subscription page. Your monthly (or yearly) payment stops; you keep access until the end of the current period. No refunds are given for partial periods — see the terms of service.
