Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
This page is a template provided for convenience. Have it reviewed by a legal advisor before relying on it in production.
The service
SEOHero is a subscription-based SaaS for SEO audits, reporting and AI-assisted content. We offer several plans, each with its own limits, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. These terms form the agreement between you and SEOHero, operated in partnership with Fourwrd (fourwrd.nl).
Accounts
You need an account to use SEOHero and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Provide accurate information and only add websites that you own or are authorised to manage.
Fair use
Each plan includes a number of audits and AI-generated articles per month. Limits keep the service fast and affordable for everyone; automated abuse or reselling of capacity is not allowed. We may contact you if your usage falls far outside normal patterns.
Payment & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Mollie and all prices are exclusive of VAT. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan then runs until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.
AI-generated content
SEOHero can generate draft articles using AI. You review, edit and approve all content before publishing, and you are solely responsible for the content you publish, including its accuracy and legality.
Availability
We run SEOHero on a best-effort basis and work hard to keep it available, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee during the MVP phase. Planned maintenance is announced where reasonably possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit, lost data or reputational harm.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance; continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
