Model withdrawal form

Are you a consumer and do you want to withdraw from your SEOHero subscription within 14 days of starting it? Then you can use this form. Sending it is not mandatory: an e-mail to contact@fourwrd.nl in which you state that you withdraw is enough. Because you asked us to start the service immediately, you pay only for the part of the service already provided (for the € 1 trial at most € 1); we refund the rest.

Copy the text above into an e-mail to contact@fourwrd.nl, or print this page and send it by post to Fourwrd V.O.F., De Nieuwe Erven 3, 5431 NV Cuijk, the Netherlands. We confirm receipt by e-mail without delay and refund within 14 days after your withdrawal.
