Connecting Google Search Console

With the Search Console connection SEOHero sees how your site performs in Google: clicks and impressions per day, and the queries you are found for. That data feeds your dashboard, the keywords page and autopilot.

Requirements

Your website must exist as a property in Google Search Console, under the Google account you connect with. Both a domain property and a URL-prefix property work; variants with or without www and with http or https are recognised automatically.

Connecting

1. Go to Integrations and click Connect with Google on the Google Search Console card. 2. Choose the Google account that owns your property and grant (read-only) access. 3. Done: SEOHero fetches your search data immediately and then refreshes it automatically every 12 hours. You never need a sync button; manual refresh remains available.

Troubleshooting

• "No property found" — check that you connected with the right Google account (the one that owns the property) and that the domain in SEOHero matches the property.
• No data showing yet — a fresh property needs a few days in Search Console itself before data exists; SEOHero cannot show what Google does not have yet.

You can disconnect any time from the same page; existing data stays, it just stops updating.
